The results from the third survey are in. There were 11 voters this month. The new survey is comprised of famous quotations that have a blank in them. Your mission is to fill in the blank. The quotes are not necessarily well-known but just give a shot at what you think the blank is. Once again, try to do it without checking all over the internet or in books...just from your head.
